Senior Frontend Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who operates comfortably across modern frontend frameworks, architecture decisions, and team mentorship.
This role suits someone who can design scalable frontend solutions, guide technical direction, and still be hands-on with clean, maintainable code. If you enjoy shaping user-centric products, working closely with cross-functional teams, and raising the bar for frontend engineering, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example: Design and deliver robust, scalable frontend solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks in an agile environment
- Architect with intent: Contribute to and evolve frontend architectures with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and scalability
- Mentor and guide: Support and coach other engineers, promoting strong frontend engineering practices across teams
- Champion quality: Implement testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and performance best practices to ensure reliable, high-quality applications
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and delivery teams to translate ideas into polished, production-ready solutions
- 5+ years experience building production-ready frontend applications
- Strong modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript skills
- Experience with one or more modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar)
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and maintainability
- Experience with testing, CI/CD pipelines, and quality-focused delivery
- Comfortable mentoring others and influencing frontend best practices
- You enjoy owning frontend quality and raising engineering standards
- You work well across design, delivery, and engineering teams
- You balance clean, scalable solutions with practical delivery
- Regulated or enterprise experience is a plus, but strong fundamentals matter most
