Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead and optimize our infrastructure, automation pipelines, and deployment processes. This role requires 10+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, strong cloud and scripting expertise, and a deep understanding of infrastructure management, monitoring, and release workflows.
You’ll be instrumental in improving our CI/CD pipelines, securing and scaling our environments, and integrating tools across monitoring, alerting, and logging platforms. You’ll work closely with engineering, security, and IT teams to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery of our applications and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless release and deployment.
  • Lead release management strategies for modern applications in cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Administer and automate infrastructure provisioning using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices.
  • Leverage Azure Entra and other identity/cloud services for access control and secure deployments.
  • Implement and manage monitoring/logging using tools like Splunk, Datadog, or equivalent.
  • Configure and troubleshoot cloud networking components, routing, firewalls, and security groups.
  • Optimize system performance, availability, and scalability across Linux-based environments.
  • Develop and maintain scripts in Bash, Shell, and Python to support infrastructure automation and operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure DevOps best practices are embedded early in the SDLC.
  • Ensure compliance and security standards are met across environments.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues related to infrastructure, performance, or deployment.


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), IAM, and identity-related DevOps workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of public cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP a plus).
  • Proven experience with Splunk, Datadog, or similar observability and alerting platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Linux systems administration and shell scripting.
  • Deep understanding of cloud networking, including VPNs, DNS, routing, and VPCs.
  • Proficient in scripting languages including Shell and Python.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices in DevOps and cloud environments.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes – a plus).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly across teams.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.).
  • Certifications in Azure (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104) or other cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to DevSecOps or compliance automation.
  • Experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
