Chief Operating Officer
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team and help drive the next stage of growth for our IT Managed Services business. The COO will be responsible for scaling operations, enabling sales growth, and ensuring world-class client delivery.
This role is critical in balancing day-to-day operational excellence with long-term strategic initiatives. You’ll oversee service delivery, client success, compliance, and internal operations, while also playing a front-facing role with clients, partners, and the Board. In addition, you’ll be instrumental in positioning the company for sustainable growth and preparing for a public offering.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with 15+ years of experience in IT services or managed services, who brings a blend of operational rigor, business development acumen, and executive presence.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee all aspects of managed services delivery, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and consistent client outcomes.
- Build and refine operational frameworks that support predictable growth, service-level adherence, and profitability.
- Implement KPIs and metrics to track delivery performance, client satisfaction, and organizational health.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resource utilization, cost efficiency, and service quality.
- Lead compliance, governance, and risk management processes across global operations.
- Partner with the CEO and Sales leadership to expand into new markets and service lines.
- Support enterprise-level sales pursuits by providing operational credibility and client-facing expertise.
- Build executive-level relationships with clients and partners to unlock new opportunities.
- Align sales and delivery functions to ensure proposals are executable and outcomes are consistently delivered.
- Contribute to brand positioning, industry presence, and thought leadership efforts.
- Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and the Board of Directors, offering operational insight and strategic guidance.
- Present growth strategies, operational updates, and risk assessments at Board meetings.
- Translate long-term strategic vision into detailed operational plans with accountability across the leadership team.
- Cultivate alignment across Finance, HR, Sales, and Delivery to ensure cohesive execution.

Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership experience in IT services, managed services, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale operations while enabling significant business growth.
- Demonstrated success in client-facing roles that support enterprise sales and long-term relationships.
- Experience preparing and/or leading a company through a public offering (IPO).
- Strong understanding of managed services delivery models, contracts, and SLAs.
- Expertise in financial and operational performance management.
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level — from boardroom to execution.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.

- Previous COO or senior operations leadership role in a high-growth IT services company.
- Experience managing global delivery teams across multiple geographies.
- MBA or other advanced degree in business, finance, or technology.
- Established professional network in the enterprise IT, cloud, or managed services ecosystem.
