SDET Automation Engineer

- Participate in sprint planning, providing input on required tasks, processes, and associated efforts for the selected user stories
- Responsible for the development, build and review of automation scripts throughout agile development iterations
- Participate in code reviews for both the developer and SDET teams
- Own entire testing responsibilities (both manual and automation)
- Be a key participant in creating a Quality First and Zero Defects culture
- Must be able to work in coordination with various stakeholders and also independently, as and when required
Desired Candidate profile :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Automation testing using Selenium on Java
- Experience of using Springboot framework
- Hands on experience in Jenkins, GIT, TFS etc.
- Must have hands-on coding experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Junit, TestNG etc.
- Exposure to scrum/agile practices preferred
- Testing and Test script automation with best practices and standards
- Experience and desire to work in a team having diverse/multiple stakeholders and a Global delivery environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization
- Should be willing to learn
