Oracle Fusion Managed Services Lead
We are looking for a self-driven and hands-on Oracle Fusion Managed Services Lead who combines deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) with strong capabilities in project delivery, service management, and client engagement.
This role requires a player-coach who can operate at both strategic and execution levels, driving solution design, supporting complex issues hands-on, leading delivery teams, and owning client success. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving Oracle Fusion services and projects, while ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable value to clients.
The ideal candidate brings a balance of functional depth, innovation mindset, structured project management, and strong stakeholder management, with the ability to scale delivery and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on Oracle Fusion Expertise & Innovation
- Act as a hands-on functional leader across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and SCM modules
- Provide solution design, configuration guidance, and troubleshooting support for complex business scenarios
- Drive continuous innovation and optimization, identifying opportunities to enhance business processes using Oracle Fusion capabilities
- Lead planning and roadmap definition for enhancements, upgrades, and adoption of new Oracle features
- Champion automation, AI-driven insights, and process standardization across Fusion applications
- Stay current with Oracle quarterly releases and proactively recommend improvements
Project Management & Delivery Ownership
- Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion projects, enhancements, and managed services engagements
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets with strong attention to execution discipline
- Lead program planning, sprint planning, and release management across multiple workstreams
- Implement structured governance, risk management, and change control processes
- Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations
- Drive transition planning from implementation to steady-state support with full accountability
Managed Services & Operational Excellence
- Establish and run a scalable managed services model with clear SLAs, KPIs, and governance
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes with a focus on rapid resolution and root cause analysis
- Ensure high system availability, business continuity, and user satisfaction
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Drive delivery excellence across onshore/offshore teams, ensuring productivity and quality
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with business users, IT leadership, and executive sponsors
- Lead regular governance forums (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with clear communication on delivery status, risks, and value realization
- Translate business requirements into practical Oracle Fusion solutions
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, escalations, and conflict resolution
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through consistent value delivery
Business Development & Strategic Contribution
- Support pre-sales and solutioning with hands-on inputs into architecture, estimates, and delivery approach
- Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and client presentations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Build reusable accelerators, templates, and best practices to scale delivery
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Applications with strong hands-on expertise in ERP, HCM, or SCM
- Proven ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle Fusion modules
- Strong experience in project/program management and service delivery
- Demonstrated experience in planning, roadmap development, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing global delivery teams (onshore/offshore model)
- Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and SLA-based delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications (ERP, HCM, SCM)
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting)
- Background in consulting, and managed services programs
