We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Pre-Sales & Delivery Director to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the pre-sales strategy and execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction across key accounts. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive experience in pre-sales and delivery management, and a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle to shape our go-to-market approach and service delivery excellence.

- Lead pre-sales efforts across various accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for prospective clients during the sales cycle.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and leadership team to develop tailored proposals, solutions, and strategies that address client needs and challenges.
- Manage the end-to-end pre-sales process, from solution design to pricing and proposal delivery.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as the primary escalation point for any delivery-related issues or concerns.
- Ensure all client deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring that all internal teams are aligned toward delivering superior customer experiences and outcomes.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, technical delivery teams, and consultants to drive consistent delivery excellence.
- Lead initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, resource management, and project execution within the delivery team.
- Oversee the successful delivery of client solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure profitable and efficient delivery of solutions.
- Regularly report on the status of pre-sales and delivery activities to leadership, identifying risks, opportunities, and performance metrics.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends, emerging technologies, and new business opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 14 years of progressive experience in IT services or a related industry, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully driving pre-sales initiatives and managing and growing an IT services business.
- Strong expertise in customer engagement, solution selling, and project management methodologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving high-value sales and service delivery.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of leading teams of professionals and driving engagement and positive culture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance business needs and security risks.
