Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of InfoPath to PowerApps migration projects.
• Assess existing InfoPath forms, workflows, and dependencies to design modernized solutions with PowerApps.
• Architect scalable and efficient applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Define and implement best practices, governance policies, and security guidelines for Power Platform solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and hands-on guidance to a team of developers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-centric applications.
• Ensure performance optimization, compliance, and security of PowerApps applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues during migration projects.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including solution architecture, design patterns, and operating procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SharePoint development, including InfoPath to PowerApps migrations.
• Proven expertise in PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, REST APIs, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Experience with Power Platform governance, application lifecycle management (ALM), and security best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and guiding teams toward successful project outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-600).
• Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and AI Builder.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and advanced data integration techniques.
