We are looking for an experienced professionals for a senior IAM/PAM role focused on BeyondTrust Password Safe.
The cyber risk services—IAM practice helps organizations in designing, developing, and implementing industry-leading IAM solutions to protect their information and confidential data, as well as help them build their businesses and supporting technologies to be more secure, vigilant, and resilient. The cyber risk services—IAM team delivers service to clients through following key areas of IAM.
IAM Focus Areas:

• User provisioning
• Access certification
• Access management and federation
• Entitlements management
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Role management
• IAM strategy and roadmap
• Strong authentication

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement large-scale IAM solutions
• Lead requirements gathering, workshops, and design documentation across multiple projects
• Customize, configure, and develop IAM integrations and manage end-to-end delivery
• Lead IAM strategy initiatives including roadmap planning and vendor selection
• Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with technology vendors
• Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers and IAM eminence activities
• Support business development through RFPs and client engagements
• Drive process compliance, reusability, and delivery excellence.

• 4–8 years of experience in IAM/PAM
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with BeyondTrust Password Safe
• Experience in at least two end-to-end BeyondTrust implementations
• Strong expertise in onboarding applications and privileged accounts (Windows, Linux/Unix)
• Experience with integrations involving ticketing and SIEM tools
• Deep understanding of Password Safe components (Smart Rules, Discovery, Assets, Directory Queries, Access & Password Policies)
• Experience with LDAP, SQL, Windows, Linux, and directory services
• Knowledge of APIs for automation and scalability
• Hands-on experience with session recording, logging, and privileged account lifecycle management
• Experience in deploying, upgrading, and troubleshooting BeyondTrust appliances
• Familiarity with PRA, Jump technology, and secure vendor access
• Strong understanding of PAM frameworks, best practices, and compliance requirements
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, Firewalls, VPN, PKI, and other security technologies
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills
• B.Tech / M.Tech / MS / MBA

• PAM technology certifications- Preferably BeyondTrust Certified Implementation Engineer (BCIE)
• PMP, CISSP certification, and exposure to other security domains.
